I always give great suggestions but it is never implemented (look at the history of my communication with you). I believe this particular suggestion will attract more users of your services.
Suggestion: Integrate telegram bot into Remcos to handle the following:
1. Remote agent connection & disconnection notifications
2. Windows notification trigger (this will copy & send the full windows title to the telegram bot for each remote agent when an assigned trigger word is detected on windows title. It will work Just like the automatic screenshot works with assigned trigger words, except that this time it will send the full windows title (including the basic details of the remote agent) to the telegram bot, the word that caused the notification trigger, & the time the trigger word was detected in windows title
3. The Remcos user should now be able to choose if he wants automatic screenshot or telegram notification (specifically for windows trigger notification)
4. There’s no need to add event log to telegram bot because it will make the bot clumsy
5. The telegram bot should be started once Remcos app is launched (after it has been initially activated & linked to the Remcos software.
Include the above 3 suggestions this time as you have never implemented any of my suggestions. I always give feedback based upon my user experience & you always neglect it after lying that it will be considered.
Previous suggestion: Assign a space bar tag in Keylogger report when remote user clicks space bar, for example just like this [Space Bar]

Hello,
thank you for taking your time submitting your suggestions.
All feedback is precious for us and evaluated.
As you can see from the changelog we have a very active development with new updates and features added every month,
much more then the competitor products.
Many updates are based on users feedback.
Regarding your keylogger suggestion, it was taken into account.
The [space] is shown as a normal space character, which makes readability much better.
But, all the extra spaces added by Remcos have been removed in the update v3.1.4 | 06 Apr 2021.
So, when you see a space, that is a space. It cannot be anything else, there is no confusion now.
All other keys like [TAB][ENTER] are logged without any space character.
I hope I have been clear on that, so that you understand that we took and inserted your suggestion but made it even better.
Regarding the telegram suggestion, I will put that in the suggestion lists as well, so it is considered but I cannot promise an ETA on that or if it will be done yet.

I’ve looked at the feature update concerning the implementation of the space bar & it’s a step further. But for precision & better efficiency while using Remcos & also from a customer point of view, I still see the importance to add the [Space Bar] tag when the remote user pressed the space bar key. What if the user pressed space bar key multiple times? Should I start counting the spaces?
Understand that my usage of Remcos in my organisation requires me to give a very precise report on the remote PC which I am given authority to administer & this space bar issue is still giving me worries even after you said you worked on it in your point of view.
I want to believe you are maintaining Remcos for your customer’s usage & your customer’s point of view should be considered first, especially for a feature update like this one that doesn’t require any serious effort from your end to implement.
As you advised, I’ve put my initial suggestion in the link you provided.
Pls fix this space bar issue once & for all.

Hello,
I added this feature real quick and I am sending you privately a closed beta to test it.
You don't even need to update your older agents to make it work.
You can find the option to activate it in the gear icon in the keylogger form.

Tested the newly added space bar feature in beta & working as expected. Now Remcos user can choose to see [Space] tag when remote user pressed the space bar key.
Thanks for swiftly looking into this feature request. Hopefully it will be released together with the telegram bot integration in next update.

this feature is not planned for the next update.
It may be considered in the future, but we don't have an estimated time yet.
