This Remcos update introduces the new Group View mode for a better management of your network,
enhancements to the Side Panel,
significant performance improvements,
and several bug fixes to enhance overall stability and user experience.

➕ New Features

• 🆕 Group View:
  • Organize your remote computers into groups.
    This new feature lets you sort and manage your connections more efficiently than ever before (see screenshot).
• 🆕 Side Panel Enhancements:
  • Display of Assigned Name for each agent.
  • Display of Remcos Agent Privilege Level.
• 🆕 Unique Identifier (UID):
  • A unique identifier is now displayed in the Control Center, helping track individual agents.
• 🆕 Copy Public IP Button:
  • Added to Local Settings and Agent Builder for easier access to public IP addresses.

⚡ Performance Enhancements

• ⚡General Performance:
  • Improved performance for large networks of connections.
  • Improved performance when “Display Offline Agents” is enabled.
• ⚡Event Log Improvements:
  • Faster performance when adding many events.
  • AutoScroll resource usage optimizations.

🛠️ Bug Fixes & Optimizations

• 🛠️ GeoLocation:
  • Fixed an error with geolocation; it is now processed correctly.
• 🛠️ Side Panel:
  • Resolved a bug when selecting multiple agents, causing agent crashes.
  • Corrected position error for RAM icon on high RAM usage.
• 🛠️ Highlight Function:
  • Fixed an issue where highlighted agents were automatically selected upon connection.
• 🛠️ Telegram Bot:
  • Idle time and uptime now display correctly in connection notifications.
  • The Enter key now triggers the start button on Remcos Controller.
• 🛠️ Event Log:
  • AutoScroll no longer automatically selects items, improving behavior.
• 🛠️ Other:
  • Various general minor improvements and fixes.

⚠️ Update Notes:

• ✅ Old agents are compatible with the new update. You can connect and use the old agents (but won’t be able to fully use the new features).
• ⚠️ You need to update your old Remcos agents to this update to fully use the Group View feature.
• ℹ️ To keep the configuration of your previous Remcos version (including connection ports, settings…),
  just move the new Remcos exe file into your previous Remcos folder.
  Remcos is a portable application and stores all of its settings in its current folder.
