• Control Panel Stability:
  • Fixed a rare access violation error that could occur when agents disconnected before geolocation was complete.
  • Fixed rare access violation error when closing a port.
  • Fixed an access violation error during Remcos Controller shutdown that could, in some cases, leave the process running in the background after the interface was closed.
• Network Monitor:
  • Fixed access violation error on startup.
  • Fixed access violation error that could occur when loading a large number of network entries (usually on systems with many open connections).
    The module now reliably handles very large TCP/UDP connection tables.
  • Fixed access violation error when closing form.

The Browser History Viewer has received major performance and stability improvements, including faster loading, support for both recent and full-history retrieval, sortable columns, total item counting, and error fixes. This release also improves Password Recovery performance and compatibility, especially for certain Outlook versions. The Login Cleaner, a useful function for pentesting cleanup and blue-team hardening, wipes sensitive browser data that could be exposed to credential theft: now enhanced with added compatibility to more browsers. The improved Network Quality Monitor enhances monitoring connection stability, by automatically logging internet interruptions and downtime events in real time.

Remcos v7.2.1 is a minor maintenance update providing targeted fixes to improve Remcos reliability.
This release introduces a new option to always display the Statistics Bar and resolves some Agent Builder issues.

• New option: Always Show Statistics Bar in Local Settings -> Preferences
  Enabling this option always displays the Statistics Bar (statusbar containing uptime and bandwidth stats) in the bottom of Remcos.
  If the option is disabled, the statistics are displayed in the bottom of Event Log tab only.

Remcos 7.2.0 introduces the new full-fledged Startup Manager function, allowing to view, edit, add and delete startup entries for any program.
The user experience has been further improved with enhanced File Manager, integrated PowerShell scripting, Real-Time Auto Refresh across key modules (File Manager, Process Manager, Window Manager, Network Monitor), a convenient Firewall Test button and updated Port Tester and Connection Tester tools for clearer diagnostics of connectivity issues.
This release also includes multiple compatibility updates and stability fixes.
