[Solved] Remcos 3.0.1 Pro - Bug Report

Hello,

some folders/files cannot be deleted even with admin rights, for example if they are currently opened with protection against write access.

Screen Capture and Microphone Capture work good,
if you could send us a video of the issue you are having we can give a suggestion.

Ok Understood The Folder / File Protection And Undelete ... Maybe Have A Function To Remove Them On Next Boot? Like Unlocker Does 🙂

The Screen Capture Work Good The Problem I've Is On A Laptop. I Cannot Move Remote Mouse Or, If I Click, It Does Nothing ... Anyway I've Tested It On Another PC And It Work Fine

...So I Think The Problem Is Only On That Particular Laptop...

This Is Another Bug... Also Present In 3.0.2 And 3.1.0

I've Two Empty Profiles...

But  In \RemCos\BuilderProfiles\ There Is Only An .ini File...

After version 2.7.2 Microphone capture no longer works when running control center from VM.

Hello,

what do you mean by "empty profiles"?
Did you create yourself empty .ini files in the BuilderProfiles folder?
Remcos generates these files automatically when building Agent.
If the .ini files in the BuilderProfiles are not in the correct format, there may be errors.

Remcos generates these files automatically when building Agent.

If You Have Take A Look To The Attachment File I've Included On My Bug Report You Can See That Before My Profile .ini File There Are Two Undeletable Empty Profiles....

I've Not Created Manually Any .ini File I'm Just Using The Client Interface 🙂

I've Also Deleted My .ini File In BuilderProfile Folder And Restarted The Client But The Anomaly Persist!

@enone please try to delete your BuilderProfiles folder. Remcos should create the folder on its own again when you will save your first profile. If the problem persists, kindly send us the contents of the BuilderProfile folder in a zip to us on a support ticket, so we can investigate better.

@brasi we fixed this error on the new update v3.1.1 which we just released, thank you for reporting the issue to us.

Sending A Support Ticket Since The Problem Persist Also In 3.1.1

Deleted The Folder, Created A Test Profile.... Then That Two Icon Appear Again...

It's Possible That This Little Box Profile Enumerate The "." And  ".." Windows Fake Folders?

1) Remote Input Not Working: On Screen Capture If I Select One (two or all) The Three Options

[x] Keyboard
[x] Mouse Clicks/Wheel
[x] Mouse Movement

Nothing Happen On Remote Side...

Tested On Laptop With Windows 10 System With Agent 3.0.1 Pro Connected On Local Network

This Bug Is Solved On 3.1.1 🙂 Tested Again On That Laptop And Now I Can Control It.. Thanks
