Testing The New 3.1.1 Agent Locally And:

I See That It's Bounding All Ports... 😯

Basically It Is Saturating All The 65525 Available TCP Ports On The System...

When Port Are Saturated Since TCP Ports Are Full, Internet Browsing Is Impossible And All Internet Programs Stop Working...

Killing The Agent Process Free Up The Ports But Then After Restarting It Start Again To Saturate Them...
